We were able to purchase the strider bike we had been looking for. Communication was very prompt and helpful. They offered to store the bike until we were able to pick it up.

when i placed my order, i felt i had selected “in stock” items...here i am, 3 follow-up emails/over a month waiting and filling out a survey while my items haven’t shipped yet. i understand the covid-19 being an outlier, however am still disappoted as i have had direct communication with employees about my products, uet again no product.
I had good curbside service for my order. Sweet Pete's had the bike lock I needed and my order only took a day or two to complete. Plus it's locally owned.
