The product I purchased was amazing. Easily the best mtb I’ve ridden. The service was also amazing. I didn’t spend more then 10 min inside sweet Pete’s. It was fast and great customer service

When I placed my order for curb side pick up I was told that I would receive an email when my order was ready but I never received an email. I tried calling and emailing about my order but never got a response.
So, I just showed up at the store a week after I placed my order and it was there... but the people at the store couldn’t find it at first.
I love your shop but this was not a great experience.
Excellent service, quick delivery and very friendly people. The staff that I interacted with were great, knowledgeable and obviously bike people.
Staff are super helpful and patient, and the store are well stocked with parts and accessories. :)
