You have a really good assortment, fair prices (there are lower online prices) for the convenience of local sourcing. Website is pretty good - navigation is logical, filters and inventory status. Happy customer and will be back.
I ordered a tool as my boyfriend's Christmas present 4 days ago and it arrived today. Very impressed of the fast delivery and the quality of the product. 100% would recomend to anyone looking for a good service and quality!
First off, I ordered 2 items several days ago and, according to my records, the shipment occurred on the very last day of the shipment window. Secondly, I don't have the goods yet and you are asking me how the experience was? Sucks not having the items especially as I am leaving to go into self-quarantine for the holidays with my out-of-town children so I will not have these items "under the tree." And I paid $14 in shipping to not get these items.
I realize you can stand being your automated estimates, it is a Christmas rush, etc., but you asked how I feel.
So to answer your question ("what can we do to make things right"), refund my shipping fee.
We were able to get some useful product information over the phone which helped us decide between products. Ordering was easy and email notifications were clear. Pickup was smooth and pleasantly carried out.

I thought I'd submitted my online order but I hadn't. I received an email (automated, I assume) from your website asking if I'd meant to submit it. So thanks for making that happen because that would have been disappointing otherwise. Guy at the shop where I picked it up was efficient and friendly. Product looks real nice to me -- hope the recipient likes it! Happy holidays, folks. Hope the new year is a great one!
I liked that it was easy and fast to order what I needed online and pick it up in store the very next morning. Also, thanks for the clear signs on the door about Covid protocols and masking up. Despite these difficult times, the staff was cheery and friendly. Thank you!
Great service! I recently bought a childs bike and the picture had training wheels. When I picked it up it did not have the accessorry and I had to wait 30mins and pay and extra $50 to have this added (the picture on your website apparently was of a smaller model). This was kind of a bummer compared to an otherwise pleasurable experience. Thanks!

You quoted me a price for work you said I needed. You didn't do all of the work. When I came to pick my bike up the final time (I was waiting for a special order to come in) you told me that not all the work was done and that I have a credit with you.
This is a poor business practice. It is the holiday season and I needed my $. Why would quote me for work I didn't need? Was this an underhanded way to ensure I would be a return customer?
If you want to make this better, please let me know when i can come by and pick up my credit in cash.

Quick easy pickup, mechanic who didn't work front desk was friendly and helped me out
I called to purchase a helmet for a my brother in law who lives in Toronto. I spent a good 20 minutes on the call with the very helpful person taking down all my details, address, credit card details, posting address, email.
I expected the order to be placed and to receive an email. After one week of no communication I called back. The new person said none of my details were logged, that it would not be possible to take an international credit card (AMEX) and that I needed to find someone with a Canadian Credit Card.
I was frustrated but agreed to do that and I said I would call back. He then said that it would not be possible to make the purchase over the phone. I literally told the guy how difficult it was to buy from your company.
He told me that by going the website I would just be ordering from a machine as opposed to a human.
I went to the website to ordered the helmet, I ordered them most expensive Giro model and what do you know, the website accepts international credits cards, not only that, it accepted international debit cards!
I would not recommend your service to other people.
