You guys didn't do anything wrong I live in British Columbia, and I foolishly ordered a part from you guys in Ontario. It really shouldn't be your responsibility to cover the entire country. I'm not putting a negative review. Because you guys did anything wrong. Everything was above board and it showed up when it said it would.
I was initially going to give you guys a 0 because I'm very unlikely to recommend you to any of my friends, but it feels unfair to your overall score to do so. So I'm giving you a 10, but adding this caveat.

Quick service fair price
Well I came in with a quick flat repair , got a lesson in humility from the repair tech on how easy it really is , only to have the flat reoccur a couple of km down the road.
I’ve tried and failed at tire repair myself a few times so I know it happens but the repair dude seemed so intent on showing me how fast he could do it , he seems to have failed to find the culprit piece of metal I noticed within a few seconds of inspecting my actual tire at the side of the road.
To be honest I wouldn’t have said a thing but I got this email literally while waiting for my ride to show up after a 2nd frustrating ride haha

First impression - staff member was not warm and inviting to the store. When asked about discount on accessories if I purchase a $2000 bike, only deal he was sticking to was I had to buy 5 items in order to receive 10% off. I felt agent was a bit snappy after I stated that bike shop next door gives 10% regardless of purchasing one accessory or more.
So first impression is I didn’t feel like buying a bike there because I felt this staff member did not give me incentive to do so.
I took my bike in for a grinding sound and the pedal not cranking properly. ~$90 later the pedal cranked but the sound was still there. I brought it in again and they tried other things that didn’t fix the problem at all and I was charged another $80 and told the back brake couldn’t be fixed so essentially I’ll have to throw the bike out after 3 years. Had I known I wouldn’t have dumped another $80+ into the bike. Generally I have good experiences with you guys but for this fix it hasn’t been great, plus you sold me this crappy bike to begin with - a truly awful brand that won’t last even a quarter as long as my previous bike. Overall I appreciate having a neighborhood bike mechanic and you’ve done little things for free for me like pulling the wheel back when the chain falls off and I appreciate that too. I just wish I’d put the $170 towards a new bike but money comes and money goes as the Russians say.
