Quality products combined with good service
Number of issues… staff was generally unhelpful and made a number of mistakes. Bike was ordered from the wrong warehouse, told it was about to be ready then that it hadn’t even been delivered. When it finally was ready none of the ordered accessories were installed. Bought a bike for my daughter at the same time and staff seemed annoyed that we were even there. No interest in answering questions.
Was ready to make a purchase the first time we came in but nobody really wanted to close so left

The last time I went bike shopping, I was shopping solely by colour because I was 6 years old so as someone who knows approximately nothing about bike shopping, the staff was incredibly helpful! And they had everything I could possibly need to get started out and more.
The guy who was on shift yesterday afternoon went above and beyond to repair my flat tire same day and even though I didn't make such a request it did make my day so much smoother. Thank you!

My service was unexpectedly surly and unwelcoming. The guy who was staffing the service desk in the west building at 3:15pm on July 2nd clearly didn’t want to be dealing with me. The woman who checked me out did great. If you list products as “in stock” on your website but they’re being kept in the back, it should come as no surprise or imposition to the staff that they may need to get up and grab them from time to time.
Brent and his team are the best. Always do what’s right and don’t try to upsell. Love Sweet Petes. I will not buy anything bike related anywhere else. Also no one fixes my bike except Sweet Petes, only place I trust. Keep up the great work guys!

First time there - great selection of bikes, accessories, and more. The gent helping was very informative, friendly, and was able to steer me to what I needed! I live in the east end but would make the trek over any day.
The product is great! and the service was great. Also found everything I needed.
So I ordered some PNW Gen 2 Loam pedals. When I got them I looked up how to install them and if there was any trick and it said that they'd been recalled. I called the shop and they said, "Oh don't worry, we put in the new axles, they're good to go." I also talked to Pacific Northwest and they said that even the re-issued axles have been recalled too so there's like a double recall. Now I have to send the pedals back, which is too bad. They really shouldn't be selling them and maybe it's hard to keep up on these things but anyways just thought I'd let you know. Thanks
