Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! I got two tires tubes replaced. After the tubes were replaced, there was an issue after it was fixed. They went over and beyond to help me get it resolved.

Very knowledgeable staff and they don’t push anything on you. They answer your questions and educate you to get you into the right fitness equipment.
Twice I have had tires and tubes replaced on my road bike there and both times had to return same day due to issues that should have been seen or noticed by the tech. Once the presta valve was defective and second time the tech installed tires one size too big and they rubbed the frame.
Simply more attention to the bike by the technician should have caught these. I certainly will test drive my bike around the block before leaving next time. Or just start replacing my own tires, which I probably should do anyway.
Brought my son’s bike in for a brake repair and I was out the door for a reasonable amount and in less time than expected. Great service and friendly team.

Came in for a pair of bike shorts. The guys in the store steered me in the right direction, were super friendly and welcoming. Also needed a couple of valve stem caps for my bike, they threw them in at no cost. Great space, products, and people.

I wasn't sure of my bicycles tire size, so I wrote all the numbers, I could find down. I told the clerk I need a tire tube, for (showed him my paper) this sized ture. He let me know specifically what tube size, I needed, and made me aware of what it. Was for in the future. He was very helpful in my demands, and had what I needed in stock. I'm sure if I was up there for another reason, and needed an answer I would be able to get it from them!

John was awesome to deal with. After initially meeting and talking with him on my first casual visit, I knew I would buy my next bike there. All the salesmen were very helpful but never pushy, and I had time to browse with no pressure. It was a great experience and I will be back.

Bought a new Trek 2 Disc. Ordered online late Friday afternoon and they had it ready for me Saturday afternoon. Staff was great helping with fit and adding a few additional features. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
