Andy and his crew at Scheller's in Lexington are always 'on it'. They've kept us rolling since COVID and we look forward to more years of great service and advice. Because they provide lifetime service on the bikes they sell, we can get a brake or derailleur adjusted, a broken spoke fixed, a bottom bracket tightened: anything we need to make the next trip into the mountains without worry. Biking is a lot more fun when this crew has our back. Thanks to everyone Scheller's Lexington!
Had a mechanical and appreciated the thoroughness and quick response to get me back in the road in a very short amount of time.
The repair staff at Scheller’s worked very hard to get me replacement parts and reasonably kept me posted on updates. The manufacturer on the other hand was not good about getting replacement parts and providing updates but I appreciate Scheller’s staff efforts to take care of the repair. Once parts were in, they came out the next day to fix.

This is the second large purchase we have made with Scheller's Fitness & Cycling. Their staff are very knowledgeable. I did my online homework and new exactly what I wanted to purchase. When I arrived on the floor their sales person encouraged me to try a different brand, and I was led to make a better purchase. Sometimes you need personal interaction and years of experience to guide you. This is why I use Scheller's. Plus we like the 'white glove' delivery/set up.

To have purchased several bikes from Scheller's that were barely used and try to utilize their buyback program and offered 10% of new price was very disappointing. They also do not work on e-bikes not purchased from them, while other local bike shops will.
