Person I dropped my bike off to was very helpful.
Every time I come in the store, someone is always ready to greet me and be of help.
Yesterday was no exception. I brought in my bike for the lifetime adjustments warranty (thank you for that warranty). While I looked at E-bikes and accessories, the mechanic was making the adjustments.
I received a lot of information from the salesman whose name I have forgotten. He checked with me a few times and answered any questions I had.
I like the personal service I get when I shop at Scheller's. They make me feel like I am their only customer.
I brought two bikes that were making brake/chain noises to Scheller's, and they fixed them both for free! One because I had purchased the bike from them a year and a half earlier, and the other because they are just nice people! I put a $20 in the tip jar, but in retrospect, probably should have tipped more!

The pedal assist bike is very impressive. For those getting in to long distances riding or those riding in a group that tend to struggle, this bike gives you just the assistance you need when you don’t feel like you can push any further.
