Came in with a bent rim. Had just started riding when I noticed it. Did not have the right rim in stock. The tech helping me took a rim off of a new bike in inventory to get me back on the trail quickly. That’s service!

The guys (and gal) at phat tire are awesome. The second I walk in I’m greeted and helped. If they’re really busy I’m still greeted right away and told they’ll be with me shortly. My tube-ups are always great. I have a cervelo and I still go there. I’d rather wait for a cervelo part and give them my business than go to Bixby. Y’all earned my business.

They communicate clearly and are knowledgeable about their products and services and are patient enough to explain the most rudimentary bike related things to me.
