Phat tire has been great to us lately, we've both brought our bikes here to be serviced and the guys are super friendly and helpful. I was impressed how they answered questions and also broke down the price including tax so you're not surprised at pickup when you pay. They do good work here and so far this is the best place close to home I'll bring my bike. I loved the great quality grip tape too, still deciding on the new seat installed. Glad they have a thirty day return policy on new seats. I felt taken care of here and I was happy my bike was too, I'll definitely be back.

Everyone that works at phat tire is knowledgeable and great to chat with! When I came in looking for a hydraulic brake oil change kit they answered all of my questions and helped me order the correct one for my breaks!

Phat tire Bella Vista was helpful with getting my bike back into shape! The gravel grinder got a new chain and a new bottom bracket.
We where in town from Pittsburgh with our ride group HSD and my wife's bike was not shifting properly. Stopped in and Ben took the bike right away and cleaned then checked over the bike. Needed a new cable then when changing the cable noticed rear brake pads needed replaced, call me and took care of that too. Prices were very reasonable and bike was ready later that day. Love the shop, people who work there and the trails and town. Would highly recommend your shop!
