Came in a couple times browsing with a general idea of what I was wanting. The guys showed me different bike options and got me fitted on the perfect bike, then got in the model and color I wanted. At pickup they checked everything over, helped me choose the best accessories I was needing. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service!! The service has been phenomenal! We’ve had multiple flat tires on my son’s bike and they’ve had us in and out in no time BOTH visits within 24 hour time period. They are so kind, very helpful. The busyness of the shop doesn’t change their cheerful attitudes or stress them out, they still take individual time with everyone and treat them so respectfully and kind no matter who they are. These guys truly seem to love their job.

I will begin with the customer service piece. From the ordering process with Corey, to the pick up of new bikes with Ben. Was beyond phenomenal. The entire team at Phat Tire Bentonville make you feel like a true customer. The team seems genuine and just want the customers to get out and ride.
