After he determined what it was, he called back to let me know and provided me with options and part prices. Very good customer service. Bike was completed later that day.

Phat Tire always has friendly workers and speedy service. I walked in with some parts to swap on the bike, thinking I would need to leave it with them for a day, but they did it right then and there, and I got to chat with the people working for a bit. The only reason I'd rate the Fayetteville Phat Tire as a 9 and not a 10, is because the Bentonville Phat Tire has beer on tap haha! Phat Tire is my go-to bike shop anywhere in NWA!

The service team was excellent. They addressed my immediate need and made useful recommendations related to my bike's performance.
On repairs & services, I get an explanation of what’s wrong and the WHY behind why it needs to be replaced, along with tips about how to prevent it from happening again or signs to watch out for.
On products, I get honest opinions on price, quality and value for the money. Sometimes you don’t need the best but you sure don’t want to buy crap, either. These folks will make sure you don’t waste your money on inferior products.
I love that there is always an explanation, not just a “because I said so”.
