I came in from out of town looking to ride some local trails. The staff was very helpful on pointing out where I should ride that day. Some of the best riding I have ever done. They gave me all this info before I had even purchased anything. I ended up taking advantage of some great sales they had going on.

I didn’t leave my number so he took the initiative to find me. Then he graciously helped me purchase one on the phone. He was efficient and conscientious in repeating the contact and payment information. It was a pleasure to do business with a “real” person who was truly committed to customer service and satisfaction.

I went in to buy my first nice bike. I know pretty much zero when it comes to bikes and maintenance and wasn’t sure what I needed. I explained this to Mark and he was so incredibly helpful. I think I spent over an hour in the shop while he explained everything to me and gave me options for all the accessories I would need. He gave me low and high end options which I really appreciated. He also was not snobby or elitist about biking and made me feel completely at home.
I ended up leaving with a beautiful Trek bike and I felt like a kid again! I’m so excited to start riding. They put everything on the bike for me and even showed me how to put it on the rack on my car. Everyone is so nice and helpful here. Thanks Mark and crew!

Service was good but customer service needs work I purchased a $75 seat for my bike my bike had a small case attached to the bike that the employee took off and after installing the seat he handed me my tool case and told me to put the case back on the bike at that very moment I was looking for a few dollars to give him for a tip did not leave a tip again service was good. Thanks

Thoughtful, skilled and enthusiastic staff as well as good selection. A joy talking to staff, knew my bike was in good hands immediately and left with confidence. I'm on a coast to coast bike tour and needed a cassette replacement (11-36t- was having a hard time tracking one down), shop had it! Talked enthusiastically with Tracy about bikepacking/touring, she even checked out route I have ahead, meanwhile the mechanic I spoke to on the phone (who's name I didn't catch) swapped out the cassette and was also great to interact with, congratulated me on putting notches in my steel hub body. Left with confidence to cross "some rockies". Best to the staff there.
