I needed help removing the pedals from a bike that I bought for my son, and the store staff were incredibly helpful -- they removed the old pedals with an ease that was frankly a little embarrassing after all the effort I put into the task, and then installed a new set of pedals in not time at all. It's a small thing, but now my son can ride and not be inside on the computer so it's not that small for me.

Mark provided Excellent service and helped pick out my first trail bike ever, he was very experienced and dedicated over an hour just to helping me find the perfect fit and getting the bike set up.
