Super quick and friendly service. When the other shops in town told me they couldn't get to me for a week or two, Phat Tire took care of my repair overnight! I literally dropped it off at closing time and got a text the next morning before opening time that it was ready. It was so appreciated since I was visiting Bentonville from out of town and wanted to make the most of the time I had left in town. Would highly recommend their team for anything you need.

P E R I O D ! why I Drive BY 4 bike Shops to get to Carson and the Guys! IMO Carson is the BEST mechanic in OKC. let me tell Yall a little story.
I recently bought a TREK FUEL from P. T. I originally gave $3,000 to Carson and told him, “ find Me a TREK FUEL for what $ I just gave You. Carson You Know Me ( been going to this Shop now for Over 5 years) and You Know what I Like. HOOK ME UP” a day goes by and He calls Me “First name removed! If you could come up with a couple more Hundred bucks I’m POSITIVE I could get you something better than that 5 You were interested in. So I went by there and gave him another $1,000. Another two days go by and he sends me a picture of a fuel 9.7 GEN six in mercury. Then it dawned on me “DAMMM a 9.7!! I thought to myself” so I looked it up and it lists for $4,699. well ….I ONLY gave Him
$4,000, and then you got to give Uncle Sam his part so we’re looking at close to $4900. Meaning I owe Carson money, so when I went in to pick up the bike I asked him, “are we straight”? he said “yes sir we are” and I said “well I only gave you $4,000. the bike lists for 4600+. And you know what he told me, “ First name removed, my boss and I talked about it and the money that you were short, don’t worry about it. You were our 3rd top customer last year and this is our way of showing you our appreciation. Now boys and girls is that not freaking cool!!!! I won’t shop anywhere else like I said I drive by four shops to get to them. peace out, Thank you for reading this review

I brought my gravel bike in due to a shifting issue. Corey contacted me to let know what they were going to have to do in order to figure out the problem. After he determined what it was, he called back to let me know and provided me with options and part prices. Very good customer service. Bike was completed later that day.

Phat Tire always has friendly workers and speedy service. I walked in with some parts to swap on the bike, thinking I would need to leave it with them for a day, but they did it right then and there, and I got to chat with the people working for a bit. The only reason I'd rate the Fayetteville Phat Tire as a 9 and not a 10, is because the Bentonville Phat Tire has beer on tap haha! Phat Tire is my go-to bike shop anywhere in NWA!
