The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the bikes and understands what I am looking for. I have done a fit kit and they always set my bike up ready to go based on the fit. The mechanics are awesome and have serviced my bike as well as finding things I didn't know I needed or may need tweaking. I love Trek bikes and now own 4 and my husband has 2. Phat Tire Tulsa South is the best!
