You underpromised and overdelivered. The Tulsa Tough is coming to town, and I was told it would be a week until my bike was ready to go after repairs and upgrades to it and much to my surprise, it was ready the next day! The personnel are great. Very knowledgeable and client oriented and no pushy sales. Great selection of bikes and will consider when ready to buy my next bike.
Dane was knowledgeable about his inventory and products. He was patient and took time to explain the different replacement tire options so I could make an informed decision. He efficiently and correctly installed the new tire on my rim. Also, I was interested in buy some new bike shorts. Although he did not have my size in stock, he offered to get some in various sizes that may fit me and will call me when they come in so I can try them on - other bike stores have not offered to do this for me.

They replaced the brake pads, greased the chain, tested it, and cleaned everything.
