Attractive place to shop for bicycles and accessories. Proprietor is experienced and helpful. Follow-up service is excellent.
Salesman was a bit pushy to gain a sale, seemed to have an attitude when we were asking questions.

My experience with Pedals & Petals was nothing but positive. I had all of my questions answered by the owner himself and purchased my bike on a Saturday. The following day I went on a ride and realized it didn’t feel exactly how I expected. I immediately called Pedals & Petals and was reassured that I could bring the bike back and the tweaks I was looking for would be made same-day. Just one hour after bringing the bike in, it was altered to my size and the tires were changed to create my dream ride. Thank you for your attentiveness, quick quality service and my dream bike!

I was looking for my first electric mountain bike. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic it is hard to find quality electric mountain bike at this time. I normally would go to my local Trek dealer in Syracuse who does a great job.
Unfortunately,they did not have a Trek powerfly FS 5 in stock.
I called Trek headquarters and they found a Trek powerfly FS 5 FS 5, at Pedals + Petals in Inlet New York.
It was worth the two and a half hour drive to get exact bike I wanted.
Ted, the owner was exceptional. He was very patient and professional and set my bike up perfectly.
His staff was also courteous and very friendly.
Overall, a great experience.
Obviously, I will continue to use my local Trek dealer in Syracuse New York for service.
If you are ever in the old forge or inlet New York area I recommend you stop into Pedals and Petals and see Ted and his staff.
