Great team, amazing service, so knowledgeable even to the ‘layman’ (me!) it was an effortless process from bike selection to collection. After teaching me everything I needed to know about my purchase in ‘quick user’ keys facts format I felt very confident. The team then insisted on loading the kit so carefully into my car.
If that wasn’t enough I’ve even booked up for a free lesson and told to come back in a couple of weeks for fitting and adjustment session.

I'm not very bike savvy and I had been to a big name store before visiting Pearsons and received very little in the way of customer service or advice. I am so glad I went to Pearsons, the customer service was outstanding! They took the time to get to know my riding preferences, where I would be cycling etc. This helped to whittle it down to the perfect bike and at no point did I ever feel stupid or pressurised into making a decision. The bike was all assembled and tweaked exactly how I wanted it before leaving the shop. I am so delighted with my new bike, thank you Danny, Jim and there rest of the team for being so helpful!

I took my bike for a brake service and asked to be told of any other work that might need doing. I wasn't surprised that more work needed doing, but I was consulted about what needed to be done before any work was carried out, and also given options of different replacement parts which has a significant price difference. No pressure at all to go with the expensive - in fact they suggested I go for the cheaper option as it was more aligned with what would have been fitted on the bike as new. Great, efficient and honest service.

Good quality products, excellent value (got a sale deal), fast and effective service, longer opening hours than other retailers.
I think the service I receive both in terms of repairs and purchase of new bikes in excellent. I bought a new TREK this year and was helped with selection, minor upgrades and the bike was fitted to me. You cannot get that off the internet.
