A nice range of bikes and kit. Always friendly and happy to just chat if the shop has a quiet moment. Experience and advice is forthcoming. Understandably, not everything can be stocked but staff are willing to bring kit in without commitment. Recently purchased a Wahoo Roam and they sorted the export VAT paperwork with minimal fuss.

You have always gone beyond my expectations, whether that is submitting a warranty claim for a component that should not have broken, or switching out cable covers to better match the colour-scheme of my "#1 bike".
