As stated in my previous, recent review, I was pleased with the friendly, helpful and efficient staff who performed an intermediate level service on my "best" bike, a Colnago C59. I scored it as 8 our of 10 and only did not score the service higher because at the time of that review I had not ridden the bike and hence did not know how it would perform.
I have now ridden it and put the gears etc under significant stress and I am happy to say that it performed very well. A solid, stable feel and it ran smoothly.
If only I could say the same about me after 18 months off the bike!
Today I shall be booking my main training bike into Pearson for a similar level service.

very good experience from start to finish, My new On and Off ebike is amazing. It rides like a proper road bike. So much so, two riders on my club run asked me if it had been chipped! Great people and great products.
