Brilliant service, great shop, nice people
Naz is my hero! He opened up shop early on Sunday morning when he saw me standing outside the shop, bedraggled and hiding from the rain, after puncturing in Richmond Park, on my new gravel bike. I’d been unable to remove the wheels so walked a couple of miles pushing my bike. He fixed my puncture and also sorted out my handlebar configuration before sending me off on my way home. He made my day much brighter and convinced me that I need to change my handlebars. Thank you again

Went for a full bike service before long cycling event. As ever the bike technicians were excellent with their advice and work. Next day 160 km plus ride bike perfect.
