I was very impressed with the service and the customer service provided on Sunday 30th June. The puncture on the rear tyre was fixe very quick and the technician explained to me what the issue was and recommended the right solution. Excellent advice
Anyone reading this if they don’t already know should, and in the same way that Pearson find time for me, I have taken time to give feedback for them.
This bunch of guys really do care, I was sceptical at first , just another overpriced LBS, but fast forward about 3 years and I have bought one of their bikes , and this is the best thing I have ever done.
Firstly got a niggle , just pop it along we will see what we can do, no promises of course, but usually come away happy.
Secondly, they don’t push their products on you, if you want something they try their best to faciltate in house or market wide.
Thirdly, their concept behind bike frames and sizes (for me anyway) really hits the mark. OK only 2 rides in on my Forge (Ultegra Di2) and I am blown away , how comfortable and fast it is and to add a little perspective I am 62 ! These initial rides might have been fuelled with “New Bike adrenaline”, but the times for my commute to the city greatly improved against times for the last couple of weeks.
Bikes aside if your are local or prepared to travel these guys beat anyone hands down IMO , or at least worth giving them a go and make your own minds up :-)

Pearson Forge Review:
I collected my Blue Size 2 Forge with a 105 groupset and Cut and Thrust wheelset on the 1st of November 2023 after a free bike fit 2 weeks earlier. I immediately felt very comfortable with the set up. The bike handles exceptionally well and I can ride 80 pus miles with no discomfort at all.
Initially, the fitted saddle was a Fizik Vento Argo R5. However, it didn’t suit me and after 570 miles the saddle was changed out for free to an Aliante with no problems since. I ride a fair bit around the Surrey Hills and the Pirelli Cinturato 28mm tyres cut badly after 2650 miles so I changed to Conti 4 Seasons. To date (13/06/2024) I have ridden 6945 miles and have enjoyed every mile. I would thoroughly recommend a Forge to anyone who wants a great bike at a reasonable price.

A complete service offered from hugely experienced bike fit through to a great range of Pearson bikes.
I have just bought a Pearsons 'On And Off' e-bike, my third bike purchase from Pearsons and my second Pearson brand bike.
The bikes are very well built, well spec'd with a lot of attention to detail - the paintwork/design is cool too! The support I received from Pearsons was great throughout all the purchasing process from bike-fit though to final hand-over. Staff at the shop were extremely helpful and good to deal with.
