Had a Trek Navigator for fifteen years with no problems. Got a new FX2 that I am very pleased with. Looked at many bikes and shops, stopped by Outspoken in Columbia and met Martin Maxey, he was very accommodating. That's when I decided to make Outspoken my new bike shop. Returned five days later and bought my new FX2, Martin was off that day and was helped by Steve,who was also great to work with. Look forward to many more years with my new Trek. Thanks
Store has a great small scale feel while offering large scale service and choice. I appreciated that the sales staff were not pushy, allowed me time to walk and look around with my daughter and the experience was pressure free. Being able to let my daughter ride in and outside the store, try and retry bikes gear etc made for a confident final purchase and a bike that she loves.
