I brought my rims in to have new tires, tubes & rim tapes installed. They had the the rims ready for pick-up the next day. No problems.

Our sales rep John was FANTASTIC!!!! John was patient and very knowledgeable in the ebikes, I am a newbie to riding a bike and John could have tried selling me something crazy and outrageous and my husband would have had no problem paying for what I wanted. I love my bike and will continue to be a McGhies customer as my husband has for years. Also, the thank you postcard I received in the mail with a handwritten note from John wishing us well on our trip was TOP NOTCH!!!!

Did a good job tuning my bike. Let me know not worth upgrading parts on my older bike. Could have sold me a bunch of parts that would have cost me more than getting new bike.
My bike was repaired in the timeframe I was told it would be. The customer service in the bike repair area was very polite and friendly.
