I brought my Trek Emonda in for a tune-up. I had some lateral play in both wheels, felt some slight grinding in the bottom bracket and cable fray in the rear derailleur cable. Both Blake and Ken worked on the bike. Blake disassembled the wheels and notice the bearings were shot and had to pick up a new set of sealed bearings from their Henderson location. Ken picked up where Blake left off. They both spent a lot of time working on the bike as well explaining to me what was required and needed changing and what could last a while longer. Ken even took photos of the wear on the rear cassette body to further explain the situation. I highly recommend the service department and these guys in particular.
