Bought a couple of great electric bikes a few months ago. The husband and I have been riding all over the city and we love them. When we've had to bring them back a couple times for little things the service department has been amazing! Really kind and knowledgeable!

Good product quality
I thought that the service and information we received from Maria, the salesperson, was exceptional. No pressure, just good service. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she either called another store or asked another staff member. We took our time deciding to buy, and Maria never rushed us or got impatient. We are now riding great quality e bikes and are having a blast!

The staff first and foremost. New employee Sean was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I also love my new Cannondale Synapse as well as my older Trek Mountain bike both of which I purchased from McGhies. Always have had good experiences when shopping or getting a bike tuned up.

While the Red Rock check up took a week and a half the work completed was very good and the tech was very good at explaining what he had done. I appreciated his attention to my concerns.
