Our experience in the store this time was fantastic. I had been avoiding the brand because of some lackluster experiences in the last. However... and that's a big however. The genuinely friendly service I experienced from the gentleman who was our cashier was truly wonderful. As my wife and I left the store, I said wow... that was very different than our previous experiences 3+ years ago. Thank you for delivering on a quality experience. We will be back.

We had a fantastic experience at your store on Sunday! We are new to the state, and want to enjoy everything it has to offer in the outdoors. My family of 4 came in for new bikes. Erica was awesome! I haven’t ridden a bike in a long time and have had many surgeries, so I was very hesitant to get on a bike. Erica was extremely patient with me and my entire family! I bought an electric bike plus all the accessories. We bought a new bike for my youngest daughter plus new accessories. And we are going to buy another bike cruiser for my older daughter when you get another one in! Erica took down my name and number to call us when another one comes in. Customer service at its best! I will recommend this store and Erica to everyone!!
