Maria was extremely helpful from the first second I spoke with her on the phone and continued her great service all the way through the sale and after. I tried to deal with 3 local bike shops in the Saint George Utah area and they did not give me the time of day or have any knowledge of the Trek E-bike product. When Maria answered the phone I told her what I was looking for and it was O'ya I can get those. 2 Days later I was in Las Vegas picking up our bikes when other shops told me "Maybe in February 2021 we might be able to order those". A complete overhaul! Absolutely necessary because they have the tools to look inside and see possible problems before your bike will kill you. They did a great job! You’re on a bicycle at times going 35 to 50 miles an hour. You don’t want your headset rusted and have it snapped off while riding.

I like the people. Amy, Blake, Rich, Bobbie, and now Chris taking over for Amy. Chris will have some big shoes to fill, but he was able to get me and my son set-up for a great guided ride last week.
I’m an amateur rider, and 3 times I have been in the store, for various things, each time my needs are met with staff that are very knowledgeable, and quickly I’m on my way... Great job.

Assistants let me browse for a bit which I appreciated then asked me if I needed help which I did. One person was more knowledgeable than the other, but thankfully was able to ask the right questions (which I didn’t know they were the ones I needed to ask at the time.)
