The staff person who helped us was great. My only suggestion would be to make it a little clearer how to catch someone's attention. It took over 5 minutes before any staff person asked us if we'd been helped, while people who came in after us got helped right away.

John was super awesome!! I came in to buy skis and he asked questions to find that I will be skiing Japan the next few seasons. He got me set up with the right kind of skis and boots. He fitted the boots and took time to explain how to get the best fit. He was nice, personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. They weren’t able to mount the bindings but told me I can come back at the start of the season and they would be happy to do it for me. It’s hard to find customer service like this but every time I’m at McGhies they make me feel like I’m the most important person to them.

The employees were genuine and caring. And it seems they are all avid bikers, have knowledge, and enjoy working in the bike community. I ordered my bike online, which I can do almost anywhere, but I chose McGhies to receive and build it because I like the free tune ups and to be able to talk to the people who work there. The employees really make all the difference.
I was helped years ago when I bought my first bike by Jon K, who really started my relationship with the shop. On this last purchase I was helped by Austin (who took me for a test drive and helped me pick out the best bike) and Chris, who gave me my fitting and some more guidance and was a delight both on the phone and in person. Despite how crazy busy they are, they made me feel valued and not rushed.
The saleswoman who helped us was so nice and knowledgeable. Very patient and helpful too. I’ve already told my friends about your store. Sue Huston is going to call you Tuesday cause she needs her bike repaired.

Fixed 3 different bikes. 1 tube repair 1 derailer & 1 brakes. All came back in perfect condition and everything fixed.
You have the best employees. They all go out of their way to help in any way they can. We had my husband’s bike tuned up there and they did an awesome job! We bought our daughter’s bike from you guys too and she loves her bike. Every time we come in, we feel like you care and want to help in any way you can.
Went in for a tube for my cheapo Huffy cruiser on Wednesday morning and the sales guy there was so kind and helpful and he changed the tube on my tire for me and explained how to do it the entire way. He was great and I'm forgetting his name!

Customer service is the highest standard I have encountered. I have frequented all the bike stores in Vegas at some point and usually left underwhelmed. The treatment, they portrayal that I was important to the business, speed and quality of service were all of the highest order.
