Jace and Justin were wonderful to work with. Patient and knowledgeable. I bought the bike and rode it home. I left my street shoes in the store right at closing time. When I came back to pick up my truck, Justin had, thoughtfully, placed my shoes on the wheel of my vehicle. I really appreciated that touch.

Alex, who took care of me, spent time to research a couple of bikes I might be interested in buying in the near future, and answer any questions I had. Treated me like he cared about me, and genuinely wanted help me out. I came in to but a few CO2s and tubes, so asked about alternatives to just riding on the road.
McGhies entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable explaining all the great features on the mountain bikes they sell. Once I selected the model they even arranged a bike rental at their Blue Diamond outpost to confirm best size (I was in-between sizes), how it rode on actual trails and credited full rental cost on my purchase. When my new Trek came in they were careful to explain how to best adjust it, maintain it, practical tools and spare parts for the trail, and genuine encouragement to come in anytime if any questions or problems whatsoever. It is very reassuring to know I can rely upon their great support to fully enjoy my new bike for many years to come.

Blake, the best bike mechanic in the biz, is always willing and able to help with any bike issues and to offer trail advice to his customers. The outpost would not be the same without him.
I went in to buy a bike and there was nothing in my price range. I put my name on a list for a dual sport and was hoping to get one before September as was indicated in my visit. A young man named Austin helped me and was very helpful and apologized for not having any bikes in stock. Much to my surprise, I got a call from Austin the next day. He said they had just gotten in a Dual Sport in my size and said if I wanted to purchase it that it would be available till noon tomorrow. I went in immediately and purchased the bike from Austin. He also helped me pick out a new computer and a smart phone holder and took it to the shop to have them installed.
Service department is helpful, personable, and relatable. When I am there I feel like I am important.
