The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. One of the staff members basically helped me relearn how to ride a bike, and he helped me pick the right bike for me. Great service all around!

Excellent customer service
The person who helped was very courteous, greeting me at the door, and walked me to the service. I had 2 tires going flat. He recommended service, but wait was too long, so I decided to try myself. He got me the tool and tubes. The only opportunity was I took it apart and realized the tape was bad. He did say to look at it and check it out, but if he had put the tape in my hand, I would have walked out with it. I had to make the second trip. But super nice and friendly. I feel like this is the place I go to now for my bike needs.
I like the fact that you have everything under one roof. Bikes, service and repair and quality merchandise to select from. The staff is excellent! They are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! Great atmosphere, no pressure to buy. Wonderful experience.

No such thing as to many questions at this location, taking the time to listen and explain (not just answer) MTB as well as teaching.
Only thing about Blue Diamond location there's not much product available in regards to equipment (helmet,gloves,pads etc) & tools.

Great customer service from Gavin and John! I appreciate the kindness and diligence to help me find what I needed. More training on the sales prices would be nice to have, and make sure their masks are covering their noses at all times. Other than that, I found awesome deals and had a great time.

I wish you guys carried more of a selection of product brands beside just a main 3 for MTB (like Specialized,Santa Cruz,Scott, etc.) besides that your main 3 are good quality products.

There's not enough good I can say about how great you guys have been, from not being pushing with sales, unbiased with sharing MTB product advice, and taking the time to answer questions without brushing someone off just because their not spending money in store, etc.
Took me a little over a month to make a decision but your customer service is "what made me want to give you guys my business".
Your Henderson store, is the only store I felt someone was attempting to close a deal like a salesman, and weren't as attentive/assistive my second time visiting the store. I don't mention this in a negative light just that compared to your Blue Diamond and Fort Apache location their not on the same level.

Straight up and honest technicians a lot of great products reasonable pricing on labor and the parts available.
Product works great. When I walked in there was an employee waiting for me to enter. Great first impression. When I was asking questions the employee pointed at the box instead of answering the question.
I found what I wanted.

Great service from Justin (sales). Very knowledgeable, didn’t try to upsell or talk down to me.
