Been to the store 6 or 7 times over the last 4 months, mainly for flat tire issues. Also purchased a new saddle under expert advice that has made a huge difference for me. Always learn a thing or two every time I come in, and repairs have been completed well before my expectation - sometimes in under 15 min without even leaving the store.
Staff was very attentive. I know supplies are low but you had exactly what I wanted. Even the gentleman that does a quick tune up had some helpful hints. Loved the fact you included some tune ups with the purchase it gives a feeling of comfort in the product.

Retail and shop service are impeccable. Very personal attention to detain . Extremely helpful and knowledgeable and willing to solve problems. My wife and I have been clients there for over 15 years and 6 sets of bikes ; hybrid-road-ebike, and we would not go anywhere else.
Products with higher safety ratings and knowledgeable employees is a great combination.

Outstanding, nothing short of outstanding
Willing to spend time with each individual and make them feel comfortable with their rental. Was bummed I ordered a bike for 1400 and the bike shop was an hour late on having the bike ready. They made up for tardiness with amazing customer service and a friendly, easy-going vibe. I would definitely return and recommend to others.
