I have been coming to this Flamingo McGhie's for the past 2-3 weeks looking for an entry level road bike. I have been to nearly 10 bike stores all over Las Vegas and all entry-level road bikes are sold out for the most part. Recently, I walked into the store to get fitted for a used bike. I spoke with John over the phone and he stated that the fitting should only take a couple of minutes. Upon walking into the store, I found one 56 CM Trek Road Bike at my price point! I asked for John and he was quick to help me. We test road the bike for about 30 minutes upon my request and John was answering questions the whole time. After confirming that I would purchase the bike, he then made sure I had everything I needed for getting started and made sure the bike mechanics at the store gave one last thorough rundown of the bike. It was about and hour and a half visit and John was more than helpful. He informed me of all the warranties and services McGhie's offered and even helped me load my new bike into the car. I will be coming back here in the next month for my 40 day check-up. Awesome store and service!

Erica helped me get my Townie!! Way back in early summer, she suggested I get on a wait list for the bike I wanted. She called last Friday to have me pick up the bike. She brought the bike out and accepted payment in such a way that I did not have to go into the store.
