It is my pleasure to give Jax in Long Beach, CA a "shout out!" This is my "go to" bike store and I have recommended them to my family and friends. I am a roadie; and Jax handles my bikes. I appreciate they are riders, too, and answer my questions in a thoughtful and experiential manner. There service is efficient: they do what they say they'll do; and at a cost they quote. If they find something else on the bike that needs attention, they'll let me know and give me the option to address it. Fantastic service. And it is guaranteed.
