First time buying a bike from this location, but I have bought bikes from Jax (Long Beach) before. The staff was very helpful and I was helped with my concern when purchasing another bike.. David (I believe that was his name) was able to help me find the correct bike that falls within my criteria and able to have it delivered, put together, and ready for pickup right before my weekend ride. I am very happy with my purchase and the hepfulness of the team.

I am very satisfied with the service I received on my two electric bikes from JAX Bicycle shop in Yorba Linda. The service was very fast and they went over and above what I asked to be done. The man who helped me with my bike was absolutely fantastic. He did a terrific job with my wheel set and brakes. He was an amazing mechanic and so nice and friendly.
Don’t come often to service my bike but when I do need a repair or advise on parts and bikes they always take their time to help me. I just wish they have a certified pre-owned bikes

The variety of equipment and quality
I just overall enjoy the service I always get from Don, Nate & Dave. All three of them were fantastic on 12/06 when I picked up my DS +2 e-bike. All of the guys are always more than helpful in answering any questions I might have & also Nate going over the bike with me before I left.

Very fast and effective came in one day they said it would be ready around 2 days later turns out it was ready the next day. They are nice and patient even told me everything that was wrong with the bike and explained why it happens after asking 100% recommend.
Great experience at this store. Personal attention, knowledgeable employees, overall great experience. Had no idea how important being properly fitted to a bike is! Our granddaughter rode several bikes around the store before picking her favorite.
Efficient and friendly
Anders could not have been better. Being new to Long Beach we had questions on where to ride. He took us to the map on the wall. Then he gave us his personal hints on what we could do. We came in for a small repair part and he comped me those as we talked. We ended up finding a few accessories for our grandsons bike for Christmas.
There is no doubt, we have found our bike shop.
I bought a used bike for my grandson and had a few questions. I called and Jessy took my call
He said stop by and he would give it a check to see if everything was good on the bike.
I was not familiar with the type of bike we got.
We brought it in and he did a full check up on the bike and even did a few adjustments for us.
This was a free service they offered in their slow season.
We bought a couple items we needed and felt good leaving the store knowing the bike was in good shape and setup for our grandson.
