Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with repairs I needed for two of our bikes that were pretty worn down. He took the time to break down cost and inspection notes for me and the bikes were ready for pickup super quickly within a couple of days. I ended up having to bring one of them back in for an unexpected issue and Paul fixed it on the spot without charging me anything. I really appreciate the top tier service and attention to detail at Jax’s and will definitely be back for any future needs!
