I came in with a concern for a second opinion on a brake job I recently had done on my e-bike.
After talking with the shop that performed the services they were trying to gouged me for another expensive repair to fix my concern. I decided to get a second opinion and stop by to speak to Andrew & sarge (Craig) in which took the time to understand what had been done. They took apart my bike and offered me a solution that ultimately I felt comfortable doing. Not only did they save me money, but also spoke to me on a level that I could understand because I’m more familiar with car parts. I’m still new to this bike world so I think them for being so professional and kind and helpful and I definitely will recommend anyone that I know that rides bikes or wants to get into biking to go to these guys.

When my bike was returned, the components looked brand new and the new components worked well. I'm really glad I had the work done.
Came in to get my daughter a new bike, staff was very knowledgeable about options for kids. Helped show the different options and helped fit which one was best for my daughter to use now but also grow into. There was some extra accessories my daughter wanted and they were able to add those on while we waited. When I left the shop the bike was ready to start riding right away.

Had a great experience buying a bike from Jax in Murrieta. First, Jeff was helpful and worked with me on my purchase of the Domane SL7 on Thursday. Secondly, I picked up my bike on Saturday and Craig was incredibly kind, helpful, and detailed in setting up my bike to fit me. Offered great advice as to how I should take care of it, what maintenance I need to do as well as when, and all the other important features of the bike. They were busy that Saturday morning with a lot of customers coming in but they got to everyone and everyone left happy that morning.

The JAX staff is supremely helpful and efficient. I don't go there too often, I'm more of a casual / occasional bike rider, but I first went there over 40 years ago ... it was, and still is, the shop to go to for anything bicycle related whether you're a hard core enthusiast, or a weekend cruiser, or looking for your first two-wheeler with your dad. It's amazing how much the cycling world (the variety, the equipment, the technology) has evolved over the past 4 decades. I just went to JAX this time for new tubes and tires ... they gave me options on different tires (can you say "more puncture resistant") ... because every time I rode my bike this past fall (and early winter) I would ride through some patch of tree "debris" that sliced up my old tires pretty easily. JAX ... very helpful.
Nate was candid and informed. We appreciated his patience with our kids!
