I had a great experience with Idaho Mountain Touring. They got my bike in very quickly and got it done a week ahead of the date they initially told us it would be done. We brought my husbands bike in the same day and it just needed some air in the shocks and they did it right on the spot. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were very accommodating and friendly during both interactions. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I ordered a bike to be shipped to Chicago. I got timely notices of the order and it’s status, The bike shipped quickly and arrived in great shape. The packing job was excellent.
