I had a great experience with Idaho Mountain Touring. They got my bike in very quickly and got it done a week ahead of the date they initially told us it would be done. We brought my husbands bike in the same day and it just needed some air in the shocks and they did it right on the spot. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were very accommodating and friendly during both interactions. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I purchased a Electra Cruiser 7D men's bike by phone. I was lucky to find the bike, since they are in high demand. I was able to locate a Women's Electra Townie 7 locally.
Your sales staff was very accommodating over the phone & friendly.
I made the purchase site unseen, since I was calling long distance from Wash. State.
Our friends who live in Middleton picked up the bike a couple of days later after Brian Dickinson checked the bike over & added slime sealer.
