Scheduled me on Easter Sunday so I took it in the next day and they apologized and had the bike done by the scheduled date even though it was a day late. Good work on the bike when I was in store, quick and efficient to find problems and solutions and explain them to me. My bike rides like new, already made my friend go take his bike in: 10/10

I took my bike in for a shifter replacement. Due to the fact I am leaving on a trip with my bike next week, every effort was made by Braxton to get my bike serviced before I left on my trip even though the schedule time was out toward the end of April. I dropped the bike off on Saturday, I received a phone call Sunday the bike was repaired! I picked it up Monday plenty of time before my trip.
