Bike is working better than it ever has as they go over all the working parts and also clean every nook and cranny.
They take the Covid-19 seriously and I was impressed with how clean the shop was and all the precautions.

Excellent service. Bike technician gave thorough explanation and overview of necessary repairs. The date of service to be completed was to the day. When I arrived, the bike looked as if I was buying it brand new out of the box. Would not be necessary to look any further for all your bike purchases, parts, and service. Top notch bike shop! I really like the care they put in the tuning of my bike, and the knowledgeable staff in gear that I should get. They don’t over sell and never thought I should toss something away. Never felt like the upsold me on something I did not need.

very patient , answered a zillion questions and gave good advice during our search for a bike and accessories. We had to wait a few months to be ready (common very where we looked during covid), but they honest on timeline and good communication when it did come in. Bike was ready, all accessories installed and helpful setting things to my wive's size. Great experience, will certainly continue to shop there.

Speedy service and great prices
I was looking for a specific model of Shimano SPD pedals...due to Covid-related shortages I couldn't find the pedals at my LBS in Wisconsin or on the "usual" online sources, including Amazon...everyone was sold out. However, thanks to an Internet ad, I saw that Idaho Mountain Touring had the pedals...they actually had 15 of them in Boise! Not sure how you guys had pedals and no one else did, but good for you!
Due to the shortages, I was skeptical that IMT actually had them, even though the website said 15. However, the order process was really easy, I got order status updates, and the pedals arrived in less than a week. I'm very impressed with IMT...I also liked the video of Chris, it helped give your shop legitimacy (along with the two bricks and mortar store locations)...I was happy to order from a "local" bike shop instead of some off-shore site.
