I placed an order online for snowshoes. That afternoon I received a call advising that the snowshoes were not available and that the online listing had not been updated on time. The rep made some suggestions on other products and replaced my order with another set. Instead of just canceling the order, the rep took the time to make suggestions on how to rectify the situation and even suggested a cheaper pair instead of trying to upsell me even though there were more expensive options available. I will definitely be back. Integrity in business is very important to me.

Excellent customer service. The staff member was very knowledgeable and spoke to us on a level that we could understand. He was great with my daughter who is just getting into mountain biking. She LOVES her new bike and is so excited to begin riding. Would highly recommend this store for anyone and everyone!
