Manager Mike exceeded expectations dealing with my status as an out of state customer! My sister in L.A. made the purchase and Mike's jovial attitude had us all laughing. He arranged for safe and secure packaging through his staff; I don't have the mechanics name but thank you!! The bike arrived in excellent condition, requiring minimum build up, and rides great. I have to admit, I was a little stressed about purchasing a high value item and having it arrive safe and sound at my home in Tucson, AZ. That being said, my only regret is that I don't live in L.A. where I could commit to Helen's being LBS (local bike shop), because the staff is amazing. Thanks again Mike for all that you did. Lower prices? It's crazy that you charge OVER retail for many items. Not sure about bike prices, but some of your items have the MSRP on the package right next to your higher price.
I believe it was Greg who helped me pick out a bike. Couldn’t fit it in my car so he offered to deliver it to my house. Absolutely above and beyond the call of duty!

I was born and raised in Santa Monica and Helen’s cycles has always been a place for me to go when I need something, I bought my first bike there 1969 it was a stingray, they are the best I highly recommend them 💯😎
