Helens team set me up with a terrific ITU legal Cannondale road bike to train with while visiting my grandkids in California. I also raced the Hermosa Beach Triathlon, and managed an average speed of 21.5 mph on a narrow, 3-loop course to wind up on the podium! There were several other Helens rental bikes in the transition area, so I was not the only one lucky enough to get a great bicycle for this wonderful, competitive charity event. The wrenchers at Helens put my pedals on, showed me how the disc-brake & electronic shifting bike worked & could not have been more helpful. I would definitely rent form them in the future.
