I dropped my bike off on a Tuesday and was told the basic maintenance (tune up and brake bleed) would be done by Thursday or Friday. I didn't hear anything Thurs/Fri, or over the weekend. You're closed on Monday. I called on Tuesday and was told the bike was done, had been done since the prior WEDNESDAY. No call, text, or email (obviously you have my email). I show up, have to pay before receiving the bike, and then take the bike on a brief spin. The brakes are still spongy. I ask about the brake bleed, am told it was done, and have someone else in the shop say "they feel pretty good." I can almost touch my drop bars with the brake lever they're so soft. That's not "pretty good." Considering you'd already had my bike for a week, and didn't call about it being done, I didn't exactly have the time or interest to sit around while you actually did the maintenance you were claiming had been done.
In summary: late, no communication, and not convinced the service I paid for was even done. Terrible. Won't be back for anything in the future.
Carmen was very friendly and service outstanding! Bike ordered and received the very next day. Like the 1 year warranty too. Thank you Carmen for a delightful experience!
