My salesman was super nice, Josh I think was his name. During COVID, I had a flat tire and I was kind of rudely turned away. I biked down the street to Cynergy, where the service guys were very very nice and repaired my flat tire. I have bought my bikes from Helen's and I know you have stock/purchasing power. However, I was hesitant to return. I am very glad that my experience was excellent, and my salesman gave me some great advice. Thanks!

I keep my bicycle at my boyfriends house in the valley and therefore I have taken it to a closer shop to his home. I have not been satisfied with the repairs that they have done. I am now back to I.Martin even though it takes more effort. I just really like the service I get at I.Martin.

I have been a customer of Helen's for years for bike accessories and service, and finally bought a new bike this summer (a beautiful Trek Domane SL6!). The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, and the work of the service techs is always spot-on. Highly recommended.
The gentleman who helped me (I think it was Josh, but am embarrassed to say I may have forgotten) was superb. He understood exactly what I needed and was extremely knowledgeable about the possible products. He was very personable, friendly, competent, helpful and a pleasure to work with (perhaps he is due a raise!).
