After having purchased my Trek from Golden Bear many years ago, I went there again this week to get a luggage rack and pack.

Super friendly and knowledgeable help! We walked in 10 minutes before closing and Eddie was very friendly and super helpful, not pushy at all.
Shar and Eddie were patient and thorough in helping my son decide on the right bike. I am grateful for the trade-in program to hopefully get my sons' previous bike to a good owner. The store is really pleasant with just the right amount of options to consider. The only negative for me is that we live a bit far away!
