Excellent service and super knowledgeable bike guys! I love the way my bike feels after a tuneup from Golden Bear. I ride my bike hard and I ride a lot. It always comes back to me looking brand new. Sometimes I fuss about maybe I need a new bike but these guys know my Trek bike is really the best bike for me as a senior. They don’t try to sell me a new one unless they really think I should get one. I love this shop and I’ve been to several all around the country as an RVer. This one is my favorite.

Great product and services! I bought my Trek Marlin 8 from GBB about 2 years ago and brought it in for its annual service as well as some repairs. The bike was repaired sooner than they estimated and pricing was very pleasing for the work they did. Will always refer people here and I myself will always be a lifetime customer.

No matter what I have done or when I come in they always have the best prices and quality. I drive 50 minutes everytime just to go here. I'm am not bike guru and they never make you feel like a ding dong and there is never that smug aura when you walk in. Just a family of employees that like riding bikes at all levels. This was my first experience with this store. It was great. I was shopping for a bike for my young grandson & they guided me through the selection process beyond my expectations. I didn’t know how or what to do. They listened to my situation and then showed me the right bike for him. When I facilitated between my final two choices they pointed me in the correct direction. Quality bikes, wise counseling. They know their business. I returned my on-line no-name bike & bought a Trek. A ton more bike for the money. No contest.
