Every time I come in to get help, Eddie is very knowledgeable about my questions and I really do like Bontrager products, they seem to hold up very well. Today, I need bicycle tape, so I am looking forward to getting a comfortable handlebar tape added to my bike. Great place to buy products from, which is why I refer my family and friends.
The owners were so very helpful in every way. I knew what kind of bike I wanted and picked up some tips about air pressure in the tires. I was then out the door riding the bike in their rear parking lot with one of the owners watching my seat to leg length which was already spot on. I did need to have the handles moved down a bit which they did right away perfectly. Found out I also received upon purchase $20 credit in the store so I bought a cool small bell which they also installed.
I also was helped bringing my very old bike in that needed lots of work and cleaning. It was worth $39 but they offered to credit $50 off my new bike, but they mentioned fixing it up and donating it where needed and I was extremely happy with that decision.
I was again helped in loading up the new bike with info on how not to stretch the gear wires. I was both surprised and grateful for all the customer service and friendliness of these upbeat young folks.
