I will absolutely and always support our local bike shops (LBS)! The employees understand their products, and care for their customers. Not only did we get support with a defective bike helmet for my son, but they wouldn't let us leave until his new helmet was properly fitted. Tony was fantastic. My wife was very nervous about trialing Ebikes. They had everything ready to go when we stopped by. Answered all the questions and did timely follow up. The consummate host and expert!
Worked with me for over an hour and through multiple bike trials to find the right fit. Made sure every bike was tuned up properly before each test. And they were extremely helpful with fitting the saddle and bars perfectly. Before I left they did one more final inspection, oiled the chain, and helped me get my bike into my car. Phenomenal service and attention to detail! Will definitely be back for anything I need!

I support family owned businesses b/c I trust their opinions and work. I feel like a valued person when I shop or get repairs. And the charges are responsible.
I moved here from Ohio about 18 months ago. I found this bike shop and continue going back.
I brought my bicycle wheel back to the store after the recently purchased tire and innertube would not hold air. I did not have a receipt, but the gentleman working that day confirmed my purchase and, without hesitating, replaced the faulty innertube. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes! Because of their high level of customer service, I will continue to bring my bicycles into this store for service.
John at your Lake Zurich store is awesome and offers great assistance every time i come to this store.
My sales person, I think his name was Toni, was incredibly helpful and got me exactly what I needed. He even had the best coffee recommendations since I'm not from the area!
