We got timely and thorough service. They estimated our bikes new bikes would be ready in a few days, and they were done the same day. They also were able to store our old bikes until our scheduled tune up appointment a few weeks in the future.

Recently moved into the area and I had a bike that’s been sitting for about 5 years unused that I wanted to get tuned up. The tech looked at the bike immediately and determined the bike didn’t need anything but air in the tires, and didn’t charge me anything (I ended up buying a new kickstand, otherwise I wouldn’t have ended up paying anything). Businesses that are honest and don’t oversell unnecessary services are rare these days, goes a long way towards building trust and I’ll definitely be back to them for all my cycling needs.
Just got my bike back and took my first this morning .
The new handlebar grips were not tied. I had to tie both as they were turning.
The chain was changed and now the rear derailleur is strange. When I push hard (power), the gear shifts or the chain slips. (only when I am on the 6th gear).
Not sure what it is, but I will have to go back to the shop I guess.
You properly assessed my repair issues and delivered my repaired bike on the scheduled day. Thank you!
