Customer since the 90s. Staff is easy to talk to, takes the time to understand your needs and goals, provides multiple options. Also takes the extra time when adjusting bikes during test rides to get things dialed-in. Shop goes the extra mile to ensure important points and info are covered. Post sales support is great. Out of warranty service and repairs are very reasonably priced and done well.
