Terrific service! Ryan explained the difference between different bikes, and how body posture changes on each. We took a couple bikes for a test ride and ended up buying a Trek. When we came to pick it up, Ryan again was spectacular. He walked us through the entire bike, helped fit us on the bike, and explained the two-year warranty service. It was really the best customer service I think I’ve ever had.
