I have been a regular customer of Trek Bicycle since the late 1990s (and Trek Travel since 2015). GGC Libertyville has been my dealer since 2016.
Tony and Rob have been extremely helpful with respect to bike maintenance, warranty claim processing, and purchase assistance on 3 Trek bikes and Trek and Bontrager parts, tires, tubes, accessories, clothing, helmets, and shoes. (I have also enjoyed good service at sister stores in Northbrook and Lake Zurich.)
