I called the shop to inquire about a specific make, model, and size of a mountain bike. Jason was with another customer at the time, but kindly offered to call me back. He returned my call promptly and took the time to answer all of my questions. Since the shop is a bit of a distance from me, he even held the bike until I could get there. When I arrived, the bike was completely ready to go, and the staff took the time to go over all the purchase details, warranty information, and even shared some additional helpful tips. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Jim and Ryan did a great job overhauling a circa 1992 steel bike - my first real quality road bike. Among other things, they expertly replaced the front hub, front derailleur, and cogs, re-installed the original down tube shifters, and re-installed the spokes on the front wheel.
